Our Comments
Minimalist from start to finish, D.O.C. is the summer’s hot opening in Northeast. The name is short, the menu is short, and the food is described with nouns only – no adjectives. Let’s hope that means that all of the focus is on great ingredients with tasty, clean preparations. Can’t wait to check it out.
