At Ratatouille, we proudly serve seasonal vegetarian & vegan food using only sustainably farmed, organic products and produce. Whenever possible, we buy our produce from farms in the greater Eugene area and small, local distributors. All our desserts are vegan and made in house daily. Our menu changes frequently so please stop by the restaraunt and pick up a current one.
