Roots Restaurant & Bar, in the Riverstone Marketplace in Camas, offers an innovative choice in upscale dining. Overflowing with Pacific Northwest warmth, the restaurant offers an open view to the bustling chefs counter, a warm and welcoming dining room, a fully stocked bar, professional and friendly service, and most importantly, cuisine that exemplifies the Northwest’s best.
Brad Root’s lifelong passion for culinary arts will be evident as patrons savor every last bite of his edible masterpieces. With a seasonally-changing menu throughout the year, guests will get to sample a variety of Root’s exquisite, handcrafted dishes. We cordially invite you to experience the new taste of the Pacific Northwest at Roots Restaurant & Bar. We are open daily for lunch and dinner. We also offer a bar menu, as well as outdoor patio seating, weather permitting. For business affairs and family functions, we offer private dining in our Columbia Room.
At Roots Restaurant & Bar, we concentrate on the freshest of seasonal cuisine with roots firmly entrenched right here in the great Pacific Northwest. Our intent is always to showcase local farm products such as Puget Sound clams, Ellensberg lamb, Walla Walla onions and Yakima Valley wines, sharing their unique qualities by simple preparation. The open kitchen at Roots allows our guests to easily sample a variety of these regional products. Our goal is to offer a handcrafted and straight forward menu – a menu everyone can enjoy. Roots Restaurant and Bar offers lunch, dinner and weekend brunch menus as well as a full bar and banquet facilities for up to 30 people.
