Festivore ChoiceOur Comments
Start with a beautifully re-purposed old electrical substation with wonderful landscaping and a rockin’ elevated back patio, and a festivore CHOICE designation is bound to follow. Experience the harmonious riot of color, texture and taste in the menu and we’re well down the road. Add the fact that the chef shops at Portland’s farmer’s markets (rather than buying from distributors) and I think I’m gonna faint. The wine list is small but thoughtfully done (mostly not local) and the cocktails are tremendous. It is not Cheap Eats, but it’s great value for the money. Brilliant.
- Outdoor tables: lots of seats on the two-tiered back patio, plus heaters and blankets if needed
- Note: portion sizes are really large… share, and Siam Society becomes a great bargain
