This is a reservation-only, single seating, very limited hours, communal meal… meat focused and very nice.

From the Restaurant Site...

Our strengths lie in our diversity. We are a dining hall, a supper club, and a food resource. We have our finger on the pulse of the Pacific Northwests burgeoning food scene working closely with local chefs, farmers, and food producers.

We are committed to culinary traditions constantly exploring new avenues of food and taking no shortcuts. Every dish is prepared from scratch.

Reservations are accepted for our Friday evening and Saturday evening dinners. Reservations for Brunch are accepted for parties of 8 or more. After making a reservation request, you will be contacted for confirmation, and the reservation must be held with a credit card at that time. Changes to or cancellation of the reservation must be made by noon on the day of the event.

Because we prepare each meal to suit the amount of people who have reserved spots at our dinners, we must be strict about reservations and attendance. If you fail to attend your reservation, you will be charged the price of the meal for each person who fails to attend. However, to be fair, you will be issued a gift certificate in the same amount.

We have our own charcuterie and butcher shop “Viande Meats”, where we craft and prepare all things meat. Drawing from our varied backgrounds and upbringings, we have a broad range of culinary history to choose from, whether it be American Regional, European Regional, Asian or Pacific.
