From the Restaurant Site...
It’s where tradition and innovation merge in modern comfort; Italian ancestry and family spirit, encased in a warm and inviting setting surrounded by wax-dripping candelabras, Italian glass chandeliers, a 20-seat communal table, comfortable booths to watch the action in the room or a cozy table for two to catch a private moment.
Think big red northern Italian wines, earthy truffles, and sumptuous cheeses. Old world dishes crafted with a new world presentation. A broad menu featuring an extensive antipasti selection and grilled meats and seafood adorned with seasonal mushrooms or seasonal produce. House made pastas rule the roost at Barolo, crafted by chef James Best using the finest ingredients, including organic eggs.
The kitchen produces more than a dozen different types, from a simply delicious tangle of tagliolini topped with crab and organic tomatoes to the luxuriant tortelloni alla Piemontese stuffed with porcini and bathed in a creamy truffle leek sauce.
